Custom Orders are Final: Due to the personalized nature of our motorized shades, all custom orders are considered final once production has begun.
We offer a 7-day grace period from the time of order placement for any changes or cancellations.
Accuracy of Measurements: It is the customer’s responsibility to approve of accurate measurements taken on-site at the time of the consultation. G & D Shades is not liable for incorrect measurements supplied by the customer in the event a consultation is not requested.
However, we may offer remakes or alterations at a discounted rate.
Warranty Claims: All motors are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience an issue with your motor, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us, and we will assist you with the warranty claim process, repair, or replacement as per the manufacturer’s terms.
Defective or Damaged Products: In the rare event that a manufacturing defect is present, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange for a prompt repair, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
